Meet Tory
From an early age, I’ve always had a passion for helping people, and that passion naturally led me into the insurance industry. After more than a decade of building experience and relationships, I opened my first agency in 2014. In 2020, I expanded by purchasing a second agency and later merged it into what is now The Hamlin Agency, proudly serving customers across Florida and Georgia.
With over 24 years of insurance experience, my mission has always been simple: provide personalized protection, honest guidance, and real relationships people can count on when life happens. My agency helps individuals, families, and business owners with auto, home, renters, motorcycle, boat, life, and business insurance while making every customer feel valued, heard, and supported.
Community involvement is at the heart of who we are. The Hamlin Agency proudly supports organizations including the Hubbard House Domestic Violence Shelter, Spina Bifida of Jacksonville, Navy Marine Corps Relief Society, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Habitat for Humanity, and the United Service Organizations. Giving back through volunteering and local outreach is a huge part of our agency culture and something deeply important to me personally.
Outside of work, I love spending time with family, being at the beach or pool, watching football and soccer, and staying involved in the community. When people walk through our doors, I want them to feel like more than just a policy number, I want them to feel like part of our family!

Shannon has lived in Jacksonville for over 30 years and loves to be rooted in the community. She graduated from St. Andrews University with her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She joined the agency in 2019 and has over a decade of experience assisting customers. When she’s not in the office, you can find her reading, horseback riding, and working out. -
